1. How to ask

1. Email support@naqdina.com, or call +93 (0) 795 724 724.
2. Give us the phone number you sign in with and your full name, and say that you want your Naqdina Reseller account deleted.
3. We confirm the request with you on that phone number and close the account within 30 days. Any balance left in your wallet is settled with you before the account is closed.

2. What we delete

• Your sign-in: the account can no longer be used.
• Your email address, profile picture, date of birth, gender, home address and any extra phone numbers.

3. What we keep, and for how long

We keep your name, phone number, business details, and the records of your sales, transfers and wallet. Afghan law requires payment service providers to keep these records, so we keep them for as long as the law requires, and then delete them.
